PLEASE NOTE: this is a fresh and perishable product which should be consumed within 24 hours of delivery. Please ensure your recipient will be home on the delivery date selected. ⁣⁣

Storage information

Ptotect your chocolates from direct sunlights, don’t leave them in a car.

Chocolate covered strawberries and other fruits covered in chocolate must be eaten within 1 day/24 hours after you received it.

The best temperature for a chocolate is +9...+16 degrees in a dry place.

Delivery and Pick Up

Same day delivery is possible, subject to availability. But please, take care of your sweet gift in advance, it is better to place an order 1-3 days before your celebration and 3-5 days in festive days.

We carry out both early deliveries from 7:00, and late deliveries until 00:00.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but we don’t offer returns due to health regulations and the nature of the product. Also we don’t accept refunds for any items which are 24 hours due to the delivery date.

Cancellations

We can accept cancellation of your order only 2 business days before the pickup or delivery date.

We work from Monday to Saturday 9:00 - 20:00. Sunday's day off, except holidays (such as Christmas, Easter, S.Valentines Day etc.) they may or may not be days off work. You are welcome to come and pick up your Fruit Life orders at the Atalaya Isdabe area. Contact us to have a message with pick up details and exact locations.
